9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if:

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zen Software, LLC regarding the App.
